Art direction for Yonyo's Bellingham music video, built as a submerged, psychological world that translates his internal journey into a surreal performance space. The environments are elastic, aquatic and reactive, carrying the weight of absence, self-reflection and eventual release; through fragmented close-ups, immersive backdrops and living set elements the film moves between intimacy and distortion, and the whole visual arc travels from claustrophobic confinement to liberation.

The palette carries the emotion. Yellow marks clarity and enlightenment — the breakthrough moment where Yonyo surfaces from introspection into freedom. Oranges and reds bring fire and friction, the intensity of self-confrontation. Deep navy, teal and aqua hold introspection, isolation and honesty, drowning the frame in the suffocating underwater world. Murky greens keep a nature-rooted presence and the sense of growth. Shapes and textures stay organic and fluid throughout — ripples, seaweed forms, molten patterns, flowing fabric — each carrying movement, distortion and transformation, mirroring the journey from suffocation to release.

It is staged across four sets: Yonyo's room, dressed down to the fan, the record player, the fishbowl and the standing lamp with its yellow bulb, grass underfoot and sage-green walls; an aquarium screen of jellyfish and silhouettes; fabric structures lit from behind; and a seaweed underworld.
